PROTIDE

Web-based tidal-window calculation for deep-draught vessels.

Rather than applying fixed under-keel clearance margins, PROTIDE calculates the probability of channel bottom contact and compares it against accepted safety criteria. Combining real-time tide, current and wave predictions with detailed squat analysis, it allows ports and pilots to make full use of the available water depth, enabling transits that conservative fixed rules would otherwise prevent.

BIVAS

Network analysis system for inland shipping (Binnenvaart Analyse Systeem).

BIVAS models the Dutch inland waterway network to analyse the effects of infrastructure, water levels and fleet developments on goods transport. It supports policy makers and researchers with scenario analysis across the full inland shipping network.

BasGoed

Strategic freight transport model for the Netherlands.

BasGoed is a strategic model for goods transport across all Dutch transport modes. It forecasts freight flows to support long-term decisions on infrastructure and policy.

QC4U

Quality-control software for inspections of perishable commodities.

QC4U digitises the quality control of perishable commodities, mainly fresh fruit. Inspectors import orders, split them into per-lot inspections, record applicable checks and observations with photos, and reach a verdict on lot quality, all the way through to reporting and invoicing.

Ship Motion Measurement System

Portable, high-precision measurement of ship motions.

A portable system for the precise measurement of ship motions in challenging conditions, built around SBG Ekinox-A inertial sensors. It validates tidal-window predictions and supports research into ship behaviour and under-keel clearance.

Charta Platform

The open-source foundation behind our applications.

The Charta Platform is the core infrastructure that powers our applications, handling clustering, deployment and application management. Its standard, open-source components let us build tailored solutions quickly and run them reliably, including in Kubernetes.

Hosting

We host our own solutions in Dutch data centres, on our own Kubernetes clusters and physical machines.

Hosting on our own hardware keeps your data in the Netherlands and fully under our control, while monitoring, backups and updates are taken care of so your solution stays available, secure and up to date.
